These terms apply when you use Sheetfold (the website and its tools), run by Renan Rasim in the United Kingdom. By using Sheetfold you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Sheetfold is a free set of tools that create and edit PDF files inside your web browser. There is no account and no charge. We may change, pause or stop the service at any time.

Your files and your responsibilities

• Your files stay on your device and remain yours. We never receive them.
• Only use files you have the right to use, and don't use Sheetfold for anything unlawful.
• Keep your own copies of important files. Always check the finished PDF before relying on it.

No guarantee

We work hard to make Sheetfold reliable, but it's provided free and “as is”. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss of data, business, profit or other indirect loss from using Sheetfold. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use Sheetfold as a consumer, you keep all your legal rights.

Sheetfold is built with open-source software. See the full list of licences.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
